I absolutely loved the Foundation Course in Applied Kinesiology. It opened my eyes to a completely new level of how I view my body and health. I’ve learned a lot of techniques which I am applying myself and recommending to my friends and clients. Applied Kinesiology for me is definitely the best therapy there is as it combines every aspect of our Being. The teachers were absolutely brilliant. Claire is especially inspiring.

I found the course well-structured and extremely interesting. I learnt so many new things about balancing our bodies; which we all take for granted until something goes wrong.
