Our syllabus is one of our UNIQUE assets. It was created by Brian H Butler and Dr. Sheldon Deal over twenty years, without whom we certainly would not have the syllabus we have today.
We are the only Academy teaching Systematic Kinesiology and we pride ourselves in having a team of professional advisors supporting us to constantly update the TASK syllabus.

Clinic Practice Sessions Under Supervision
The Academy requires graduates to bring at least one Client to the clinic. The session needs to be up to a good standard of pass. If the treatment is not up to the required standard then the student will be called back for another session.
If a Student is seeing another student, or Graduate of the Academy on a Client basis, with proper case notes, then the Student may bring that Client to a clinic session, in order partly to fulfil the academic requirements. The only exception to this is where the two Students are in a personal relationship or married, respecting normal ethical practice.
The clients students bring will have been informed of the current fee structure of the Clinic Sessions. They will be expected to pay for their treatment at the time of the visit to the Clinic. The fee is £95 from 2014, payable to the assessor/tutor for the session and the administrative expenses of the Clinic.
If the student cancels a Clinic Practice session for whatever reason with less than twenty four hours notice, the student will be responsible for paying the assessing tutors fee. The student will then be responsible to arrange another Clinic Practice session.
The Appointments will be set up by the Principal. Clinic times on specific days will be set aside for this purpose, and these dates will be made available to the Students. Appointments will be set up on an hour and a half basis. The Student will need to plan to arrive at the same time as the Client if they are travelling separately.
The first fifteen minutes will be an opportunity for the Student to talk to their client and look at or take case notes and discuss the current situation. The next hour will be available for treatment time although if you finish a little before that is acceptable. The tutor will not interrupt the session although will give help if asked. The final fifteen minutes is available for the student to express how they felt about the session and for the tutor to give the student feedback and any suggestions.
Any suggestions made by Tutors will be presented as, “Have you considered….?” or “In my experience of similar cases, we found…”. Tutors will not take over the situation, nor will they say or do anything which might appear to contradict or undermine the Student’s actions or advice. Tutors may mention the possibility of an additional approach which might be helpful to the Student/Client. Any matters which need comment or to be discussed, will be dealt with privately.
These are clinical assessments. This whole procedure is designed further to enhance the self-esteem of the Student, and to encourage the confidence of the client in the student, and in Kinesiology. The student will gain valuable opportunities to work with other practitioners. Students who approach these sessions with a good positive attitude, enjoy them and gain greatly from them.
ALL CLINIC PRACTICE SESSIONS WILL BE HELD AT:
