I didn’t feel I had the confidence to take on the courses but decided to go ahead. I am so thankful that I did! It has been life changing for me, regardless of age. If any one is thinking of joining the Foundation Course please do go ahead, it is fantastic! The energy in the classes emanating from all the tutors encouraged me enormously and instilled the confidence in me to go on and become a Practitioner. I thank them enormously.
