Just want to thank TASK for an incredible 6 months – I can’t believe how much I have learnt and how inspired I have been. I found the course well-structured and extremely interesting. I learnt so many new things about balancing our bodies; which we all take for granted until something goes wrong. TASK Foundation Course was easy to follow, and I got a letter after each level with a short resume of the level we had just done plus a reminder of the next levels dates. I didn’t feel I had the confidence to take on the courses but decided to go ahead. I am so thankful that I did! It has been life changing for me, regardless of age. If any one is thinking of joining the Foundation Course please do go ahead, it is fantastic! The energy in the classes emanating from all the tutors encouraged me enormously and instilled the confidence in me to go on and become a Practitioner. I thank them enormously.
