The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology
Kinesiology training courses in the UK
Leading the way since 1985, we teach accredited high-calibre foundation and advanced Systematic Kinesiology courses. Our students become practitioners.
Claire is the most enthusiastic, passionate and helpful teacher one can wish for. I thoroughly enjoyed both my foundation and practioner courses with TASK in a safe and loving environment. It has changed me personally and l have been able help others to change physically and mentally. Thank you Claire for spreading the word.

Jayne Howarth - Foundation Course
“The Foundation course has been an eye opener. I did not expect to learn so much about my self, about better life choices and to gain an insight into nutrition that would leave such a profound and lasting change on me and my family’s life.”
Monica - Foundation course
“Kinesiology has been in my life since I was 9. It helped me through my teenage years, exams, university, 20s, 30s, travelling around the globe, relationships, physical health, mental health, the list goes on. The Foundation and Practitioner courses really solidified the importance of mind, body and preventative health.”
Izzy - Practitioner Course
“Claire has incredible energy and passion, she cares about us all and her knowledge is extraordinary. Her follow up support is 100% too. Alongside Claire are some more fantastic teachers. They don’t just pass on the knowledge – they want to know we have GOT IT. You get what you pay for…. no question!”
Katie - Practitioner Course
