Interestingly the system that is the most important to our state of health and well being is the one that is generally ignored, misunderstood and put to the bottom of the pile. Our endocrine system in a nutshell is a network of ductless glands that secrete hormones directly into the blood stream. These glands tell our bodies what to do and when to do it. How efficiently they work for us depends on whether they themselves have the tools for the job. So what are the tools for the job?
No 1. Emotions – We have been talking about psycho-neuroimmunology for years, it is now scientifically proved that what we think has an instant effect on our immune systems. Negative thoughts such as fear, anger, sadness, grief and not feeling validated lower its efficiency and positive ones like respect, confidence, love, joy and harmony boost efficiency.
No 2. Chemicals – The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, the drugs/supplements we take either enhance or reduce endocrine function.
No 3. Physical Form – Our muscles and skeletal systems, the exercise we do or not do, the accidents we have, any physical interaction whether positive or negative.
No 4. Energy – All our energies , meridian energy flow, the mobile phones we have the microwaves we use, where we live and work (pylons, computers, geopathic stress) etc.
The tools it would seem are many therefore how do we know where to start! Authentic Systematic Kinesiology takes out the guess work. Muscle testing is a language between the subject and the practitioner, therefore we detect, correct and suggest lifestyle changes to get people back into good health quickly.
Since being in practice many years I have seen the average age of clients drop significantly and see far more teenagers, children and babies with health problems. Is this a consequence of the world we are living in? We are unable to change the world, although we are able to change our lifestyle to lessen the negatives stacked against us.
After seeing specialist after specialist a young girl came for treatment with her concerned mother. She was lethargic, chubby, excessively tired and her school wanted her to re-sit the same year as she was so far behind. However no-one could find anything wrong with her. Within the first treatment the problem was clear, a wiped out endocrine. Diet lemonade and wheat were clearly the culprits for her, although cutting the offending chemicals out would not have been enough for the child to return to good health. An ‘endocrine boost’ is the most powerful way to pull people back from all kinds of mystery illnesses and conditions. The girl took her boost together with avoiding the lemonade and wheat, had two further treatments – she began to walk and play sport, lost weight, had good energy and did not have to go back and repeat the year!
A lady of 37 came to see me with very distressing symptoms. Tired all the time, excessive crying, moods very up and down, bloating, unable to lose weight, waking up in the middle of the night unable to go back to sleep, night sweats and sugar cravings. She went to the doctors many times and had had endless blood tests and had been told that there was nothing wrong with her and would she like some anti-depressants? With Kinesiology we are able to pick up sub-clinical problems, these problems are not yet a condition and will not show up pathologically. However, if ignored and unaddressed are very likely to become a condition. This ladies endocrine was blown, we discovered that an emotional problem was contributing to energy being drained from the Thyroid gland and did the necessary emotional clearing. We also did some energy chakra work to clear the throat chakra blockage. Again within 3 weeks of taking the endocrine boost and few treatments she was feeling fantastic and better than she had done for years!
There are endless success stories to tell about this amazing nutritious recipe of nutrients that addresses the very core of our well-being, the benefits in my experience are definitely greater than the sum of the parts!
Working with Authentic Systematic Kinesiology to find the root of the problem.
