There is no doubt that people’s physical, mental and emotional health is being challenged during this extraordinary time in history
Just the fact that life has rapidly changed can trigger difficult emotions and feelings. Couple this with isolation from family and friends, loss of income, and perhaps even the reality of loosing a loved one (and not being able to attend their funeral), it is no wonder that people are finding it difficult to process and make sense of how they are feeling. However, Kinesiology support through the Covid 19 pandemic is on hand
Staying indoors, social distancing and fear has affected our immune system and physical health too.
Whilst the government is eager to ‘get the economy going,’ return people back to work, open shops, restaurants and entertainment outlets, I can’t help but notice the absence of a lack of conversation about the topic of how we recover emotionally from the Covid 19 pandemic or how when we begin to ‘come out into the world again’, back with all the microbes, bacteria and virus (hopefully not Covid) our immune systems may struggle to keep us as well as we would like.
I am so grateful to have Kinesiology in my life to help me, my loved ones and clients navigate these challenging times. Whilst I may not be able to see my clients face-to-face there are still some amazingly supportive self-help tools we can offer with an Online Kinesiology session. Hop over to our online register to find a TASK trained Kinesiologist.
Of course, an online session is less comprehensive than an in-person appointment where we can muscle test. However, online clients are still benefiting enormously towards rebalancing their health and wellbeing.
Behind the scenes we have been developing and adapting techniques that we feel can help people the most at this time with both their physical and mental health, which of course go hand in hand.
TASK has created amazing Resources to support Practitioners, clients and our wider community
1. ‘Self Help Immune Tips’. Live public webinar via zoom. March 2020.
2. ‘How To Support and Boost the Respiratory System’. Live public webinar via zoom. April 2020.
3. Support to TASK Tutors and Practitioners on how to help clients online
We recognised that people still needed and wanted support from their Kinesiologist. Therefore, it was important that we work behind the scenes to develop a way forward.
A small group of dedicated teachers, including my father Brian Butler, who brought Kinesiology to the UK back in the 70’s got our heads together to create workable online treatment protocols as a way for practitioners to continue to support their clients even though muscle testing wasn’t possible at this time.
It was an extremely rewarding process and a real eye opener for me as to how much we are able to help online using Kinesiology. I am truly amazed. And if nothing else, this time is really helping us to be creative and think outside the box.
The online treatment protocols included:
Lifestyle Analysis Training – The test allows a practitioner to find out what body systems are low for their client and what nutrition will best support the lowest areas of their health. With this information it then allows practitioners to offer support on how to balance those areas and improve overall health.
Colour Card Test for Bach Flower Selection – An invaluable stand alone tool that can benefit all practitioners wishing to help clients with their emotions either online or in person. Although this is an amazingly simple technique to learn, it is an incredibly powerful tool. One that provides instant results as to what remedies will help with the upset/problem/trauma or goal. If you have an interest in Bach flower remedies you too can learn this skill. You don’t need to be a trained practitioner. Flower remedies offer great relief and resolution to emotional issues, upsets or trauma whether current, past or even future events. Now available for purchase in our shop
Protocol for Kinesiology treatments both online and one-to-one – A tutorial webinar for all TASK trained Practitioners.
Systematic Kinesiology addresses the whole person
Within Systematic Kinesiology we address the whole person, not just the area that is presenting the problem. We look at the body and mind on 4 levels: Emotionally, Chemically, Electrically and Energetically. This approach allows total balance to be restored. If we leave a part of us out, then the root of our issue or problem may not be resolved or it may return.
Kinesiology support through Covid 19 pandemic is at hand. If you or anyone you know is in need of boosting their physical and or mental health you can find your nearest Systematic Kinesiology practitioner on our National Register of Systematic Kinesiologists.
Or if you would like to empower yourself and take control of your health and well being then dive into one of our courses.
