I found the course well-structured and extremely interesting. I learnt so many new things about balancing our bodies; which we all take for granted until something goes wrong. TASK Foundation Course was easy to follow, and I got a letter after each level with a short resume of the level we had just done plus a reminder of the next levels dates.
