DESCRIPTION:Experience Kinesiology for yourself with our 1 Day Introduction to Kinesiology.\nOpen to anyone wanting to know and experience more about Kinesiology.  Our 1 Day Introduction to kinesiology is a perfect way to learn more about Kinesiology before booking on a Foundation Course. \nYou will learn simple kinesiology techniques to improve health and wellbeing \nThe 1 Day Introduction to Kinesiology includes:  \n\nHow to muscle test and find imbalances within.\nTechniques for testing 4 different muscles and how to correct any imbalances.\nThe Stress Release Technique to reduce stress levels.\nA non-invasive food sensitivity test that you can use again and again to take the guess work out of knowing what your body needs.\n\n  \nCost: \nThe cost for the day is £75.\nIf you decide to book onto the next London Weekend Foundation Course we will offer you a £75 discount for Level 1\, the first weekend of the Foundation Course.\nSo you’ll only pay £75 instead of £150 for Level 1. \nSchedule:\nThe day begins at 10am. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to get settled in.\nLunch will be at 1pm-2pm.
